Rain harvesting in residential areas in Madhya Pradesh: HC disposes plea
Advocate Aditya Sanghi, in his public interest litigation (PIL) filed in 2019, has said that article 21 of the Constitution guarantees right to life. There can be no life without water. But, the water table is constantly going down. At several places, it has touched 500 metres or more.
