Ahmedabad: Those losing land to town planning scheme to be paid in TDR
The civic body is set to compensate such plot owners in Transferable Development Rights-Floor Space Index (TDR-FSI). Landowners will be given TDR certificates which they can use to sell the FSI to developers planning projects in their areas.
