Can’t set riders on PAP rehabilitation land: Bombay HC nixes order cancelling Solapur allotment
A 2,500-sqft plot was allotted to a PAP in 1976. Almost four decades later, a complaint was filed alleging non-compliance of the allotment condition, which was to construct a house within a year. The state cancelled the allotment.
