Bengaluru: Apartments with STPs cry foul as BWSSB imposes sanitary fee
Sanitary charges are typically levied for wastewater removal from buildings. Apartments with more than 20 flats are required to treat their sewage by establishing sewage treatment plants (STPs) as per BWSSB rules introduced in 2014.
