Kolkata: Licensed surveyors can now sanction building plans on land up to three cottahs
Under a new rule, the citizens having a small chunk of land — measuring up to 3 cottahs — can rope in an architect or an LBS and apply for a building sanction online to bypass unnecessary delays in getting the construction permit from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
