Noida authority plans to allot 5.5 lakh sq meter land in FY25, raise Rs 3,800 crore revenue
The land allocation is projected to generate a revenue of Rs 3,795 crore. The Authority has decided on this ambitious target despite managing to allot only 23% of its land target last year.
