WeWork leases 1.43 lakh sq ft office space to IBM, OpenText in Bengaluru
WeWork has leased 1.43 lakh square feet of office space to IBM and OpenText at Embassy Golf Links Business Park in Bengaluru. IBM and OpenText have each taken around 70,000 sq ft for two years. This reflects the growing demand for managed office spaces, especially in the IT sector.
