Noida authority launches Rs 3,000 crore commercial plot scheme
Officials said these plots are designed for large-scale commercial projects and range in size from 17,645 sqm to 25,572 sqm. They have a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 4.5 and 45% ground coverage.
