Property tax on building only after completion of work: Karnataka HC
Allowing the petition filed by M/s BM Habitat, Justice Suraj Govindaraj directed Mysuru City Corporation to receive property tax vis-a-vis the petitioner’s multiplex building on Vinobhanagar Road, Jayalakshmipuram, from April 25, 2011, the date when the occupancy certificate came to be issued.
