Tamil Nadu housing board fixes prices of HIG flats
The flats constructed under the self-finance scheme will be sold to the general public at `75 lakh to `78 lakh per unit. Further, the TNHB has proposed to develop separate high-rise towers in the same location for the middle-income group (MIG) and low-income group (LIG) .
