Ahmedabad civic body sells four commercial plots for Rs 60 crore
Interestingly, a commercial plot in Isanpur sold for a higher rate than a commercial plot in Motera. The Motera plot went for a total of Rs 9.73 crore at the rate of Rs 1.01 lakh per sq m, against its base price of Rs 1 lakh per sq m.
