Brigade Enterprises buys additional stake of 12.50% in BCV Developers for Rs 20.21 crore
About 35,61,550 (12.50%) equity shares of BCV Developers have been acquired. Accordingly, the shareholding of Brigade Enterprises has been increased from 50.01% to 62.51% in BCV Developers.
