Gurugram civic body makes self-certification mandatory for property registration
Property owners can self-certify the data on the govt portal property.ulbharyana.gov.in. They will have to pay outstanding dues, if any, and obtain a no-objection certificate (NOC), which is already mandatory for registration of properties.
