Gurugram: Notices & sealing no deterrent, illegal guesthouses still thrive under government nose
The enforcement wing of department of town and country planning (DTCP) has conducted surveys, served notices and sealed guesthouses running in violation of the norms, but they continue to operate by either removing the seals illegally or obtaining a stay from court, officials said.
