HC seeks Akbarnagar residents’ reply on Lucknow development body’s plea
A bench of Justice Pankaj Bhatia passed the order on an application filed by LDA. The LDA had sought permission of the court to take action against those did not approach the HC or do not apply for the rehabilitation scheme.
