Land for condo not fully given, HC allows Ace Infracity eight year ‘zero period’ waiver
It was in 2014 that a consortium led by Lotus Green Constructions Pvt Ltd was allotted 12 lakh sqm in Sector 150 to develop Sports City. Of the total land, Ace was supposed to get 60,000sqm for developing residential projects.
