Ludhiana improvement trust awaits meeting to fix rate before e-auction of building
The building, which is over a decade old, is in a dilapidated state. It has not been used for years. Earlier, the LIT planned to renovate the building but decided to attempt an auction as renovation was proving to be expensive.
