Madurai civic body nets 77% property tax in FY24
Madurai corporation has collected Rs 223 crore out of the targeted Rs 352 crore, including tax arrears, until March. This was 15% more than that collected in the previous fiscal when the corporation netted Rs 192 crore of which arrears accounted for Rs 35 crore.
