Mumbai: Illegal cement plant on Juhu open plot ‘choking’ residents
BJP MLA Ameet Satam has written to Mhada vice-chairman Milind Borikar and demanded that the agency move the HC to initiate contempt of court proceedings against the builder for renting out the plot even after handing over paper possession to it.
