Mumbai: Srinath Builders’ directors arrested for failing to hand over flat
Police said the complainant had paid Niraj nearly Rs 3.3 crore for a 1,620 sq ft flat in a housing project in Ghatkopar over the last three years, but the builder failed to complete the project in time and hand over possession of the flat.
