Nainital HC issues bailable warrant against MDDA secretary
Warrant was issued for not filing a reply to the court’s earlier order on a PIL filed against alleged construction of illegal colonies on land earmarked for parks in Banjarawala and Ajabpur Kala areas of Dehradun.
