NBCC to re-develop projects worth Rs 10,000 crore in Goa
In the first phase, NBCC will execute six projects with an estimated value of more than Rs 1,700 crore. The total plot area of these projects is around 53,000 sq meter, with a built-up area of approximately 1,85,000 sq meter.
