Pune civic body eases side margin rule, redevelopment hope for old wadas
A notification issued by Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) on Thursday has paved the way for redeveloping old properties in gaothan and peth areas by relaxing the rules for side margins during reconstruction after paying hardship premium charges.
